Bali March 2019: Next Steps

Hi ladies here are your next steps and final itinerary for the trip.

I am so excited to meet you all!

Let me know if you have any questions, the countdown begins!

Comprehensive Guide to Bali and all your questions about Bali answered here.

Announcements & Next Steps

Make your final payments
Please note that all monthly payments and solo travel fees must be completed by March 5th. Latest March 7th after this date I will have to charge a late fee of $30 as I am unable to complete all your bookings until your payments are made. ( I don’t want to be super strict, I really hope this motivates you to make your payments on time as it delays overall final arrangements.)

If you make a payment outside of the website please allow for 3 business days to receive a receipt as it has to be manually created.

Send your flight details
It is very important that you send your flight details or travel plans over this week so that we have enough time to arrange your airport pick up and drop off. Any flight plans sent after March 7th will incur a late fee of $30 as I have to make additional arrangements outside of the initial arrangements and set outside more time to meet with the driver who will be picking you up.

Add ons & optional tours

All additional tours can be paid for once you are in Bali on the day of the tour. The only activity that requires prepayment is the traditional Balinese event which is $45 and can be paid here.

Whats included in the Traditional Balinese event?

  • Dinner

  • Traditional costume & makeup

  • Balinese dance performance

  • You can participate and learn some dance moves from the dancers!

  • Private photographer to capture the special moments

Last day in Bali! (Make it your own)

The last day on the itinerary is designated as a personal day for you to make Bali your own. If you are interested in doing another tour on this day here are some options:

  • Elephant experience - Bathe & feed elephants spend a half day at an elephant sanctuary ($95) Please see the tour details here, you can pay for the experience when you get there and they accept credit cards.

Your Villa

All final villa arrangements, addresses, check in/out times and pick up information can be found here - Password (6787)

Emergencies, What to do when you get lost?

Please try to always buddy up when you go out, Bali is generally very safe but to prevent getting lost or safety issues be sure to tell someone where you are going and preferably go out with someone especially at night.

Need help? My phone number is +13477209092, DM me on Instagram or message me on whatsapp.

(This is my personal phone number please do not give it out to anyone. Of course if you want to chat about something message me! We are all friends lol)

I have also hired an assistant who will be available 24/7 during the trip to answer any of your questions and make sure the villas are up to standard at all times. I will share her number before the trip starts.

You will have the names and numbers of all tour drivers and guides to be able to reach them during the tour if you ever get separated from the group. Also be sure to write down the address of your villa so you can head back there on your own if all else fails.

Lastly, please do not carry your passport and all your money around with you to prevent being stranded if you lose your bag or wallet.

How much Money should you bring?

I would suggest anywhere between $300 to $500 to cover activities, food, shopping and emergencies. Of course this is a very general estimate, you know how much you personally spend, Bali can be as expensive or cheap as you make it. You can find food for $2 for a full meal or eat at a high end restaurant for $30 a meal , it all depends on you. If you are doing the elephant tour that already puts you at $95 so bring enough to accommodate your personal tastes.

Itinerary

Please note: The tours start early by my design so that we can beat the tourist crowds and be the first ones at each location and beat the touristy crowds. For the sake of the group we cannot wait longer than 15-20minutes for anyone, please make sure you are ready on time for your tours. Most tours require a lengthy drive and you can always sleep in the car on the way there.

Day 1

Check-in is from 1-2 pm
Be sure to keep in contact with me if your flight is delayed or you have any issues arriving in Bali. The driver will stop at a cost-efficient currency exchange so save your coins and don't change money at the airport.
